Cole Palmer made his senior England debut on 17th November 2023 in a 2-0 Euro 2024 qualifying win over Malta at Wembley. Coming on in the 61st minute, Palmer looked confident and composed, linking play well and showing flashes of creativity on the left side of England’s attack. He created a good chance for Trent Alexander-Arnold and impressed with his close control and direct running, helping England see out a comfortable victory.
