The five biggest graded ticket profits of the past year

The rule. One ticket, one PSA grade, unsigned. Bought is the previous recorded sale at that grade, sold is the latest sale in the past twelve months, and the profit is the difference. The two sales need not be the same slab: two of the five are, three are different copies of the same ticket at the same grade, and the cert numbers are given so you can see which. Every grade comes from the PSA cert, never from a lot title. 5. Mickey Mantle's MLB debut, PSA Authentic, made $25,900

Yankees 5, Red Sox 0, 17 April 1951. A PSA Authentic stub sold at Heritage for $16,800 in June 2021, cert 25560082. Another Authentic stub of the same game sold at Heritage for $42,700 on 19 September 2026, cert 43763478. 2.5x in five years. The game on the population report.

4. Wilt Chamberlain's 100-point game, PSA 4 (MK), made $30,623

Hershey, 2 March 1962. A PSA 4 (MK) stub sold at SCP Auctions for $18,192 in August 2016, cert 25959771. The same grade sold at Lelands for $48,815 in August 2026, cert 156703764. 2.7x in ten years, the longest hold of the five. The game on the population report.

3. 1923 World Series Game 6, PSA Authentic, made $33,881

The Yankees' first championship, and Babe Ruth's fourth World Series home run. A PSA Authentic stub sold in a Fanatics Collect weekly auction for $1,500 in December 2022, cert 43763470. Another Authentic stub sold at Goldin for $35,381 in February 2026, cert 27960159. 23.6x, the biggest multiple on the list, from the cheapest buy on it. The game on the population report.

2. Jackie Robinson's MLB debut, PSA 3, made $66,000

Ebbets Field, 15 April 1947. The same slab both times, cert 75815539: bought at Heritage for $300,000 in August 2023, sold at Goldin for $366,000 in December 2025. A 22% gain in 2.3 years, the smallest multiple here and the largest sum of money. The ticket holds the record for any graded ticket at $480,000, set by a PSA 2 copy. 1. Wayne Gretzky's NHL debut, PSA 9, made $147,200

Chicago Stadium, 10 October 1979, Black Hawks 4, Oilers 2. The same slab both times, cert 42668324, the only PSA 9 of the stub: bought at Robert Edward Auctions for $11,400 in November 2020, sold at Heritage for $158,600 in October 2025. 13.9x in five years, and more than the other four profits combined. Three of the five are debuts, all five are stubs, and none is graded above 9. The two same-slab entries are the two largest. The other side of the same 1,237 resales: 539 sold for less than the time before, the largest fall a PSA 4 Michael Jordan debut season stub that went for $146,400 in September 2025 and $109,800 a month later.
